United Airlines promised to call. Guess what, thier word is worse than their baggage charges. They won't even e-mail me to discuss. They said
that United Airlines can not offer refunds. When I explained that all rules, policies, procedures, and even laws have exceptions, they didn't reply. The government has a contract with United to transport troops. I will now see what affect I can have on that.
