Hi Cazzi,

I could find some posts mentioning the same problem make me little relief.

I have booked a Etihad ticket for my wife and son through the agent Exploretrip. My wife got a new passport with surname changed from KUMARAVEL to NATARAJAN due to the marital status change in her passport. When I ask my agent, they contacted Etihad, but they couldn't make it as the Jet Airways is operated from Chennai to AbuDhabi and I will loose the complete amount.

It will be really great if you could help me on this issue.
