Default US Airways Customer Service

I am disabled and was sitting in the red handicapped chair well in advance of my departure time. I was sitting directly across from the desk at the gate. They totally ignored me and starting boarding the plane..I went to the desk and then they decided to check the paperwork I had which contained all the necessary information.
They decided all their questions, ect. would require me to miss my flight.

They sent me to customer service where the rude woman told me I'd have to come back tomorrow. I told her the airline made me miss the flight and I had an appointment the following day at my destination. I had to get there that night.

She finally rescheduled a flight and the gave me $10.00 of food comps for my troubles. I hadn't planned on eating at the airport and $10.00 certainly doesn't buy a meal. TERRIBLE and APPALLING treatment at US AIR.
