Default Request for Assistance from Dissatisfied Etihad Customers

PS: I had posted this story on Etihad Airways facebook page, and they immediately removed it. Upon inquiring about the deletion of this story on their page, they asked 'how may we assist you' as if I hadn't been in touch with them through a million channels already. I re-posted the story, and it is still on there at this time. However, their tactics are becoming more and more obvious. I am now receiving the silent treatment from all Etihad departments.

Based on research, there are a whole lot of dissatisfied Etihad customers experiencing similar issues - I urge all those impacted to pressure Etihad into doing the right thing by boycotting them, and starting a social media campaign under #boycottetihad #etihadsucks and #dontflyetihad. Thanks!
