We can understand this is a really inconvenient situation. Unfortunately, as you booked through a travel agent, this is what we have to charge to rebook your tickets. We can understand how frustrating this must be, but unfortunately we technically cannot change the name on the ticket, if issued through a travel agent. If it had been issued by us, we wouldn't need to rebook you.
Hope you will still have an amazing time with us - we will make sure to take good care of you. We know this isn't particularly great news, we just wanted to explain the reasons for this charge. We are sorry this happened to you.
