I'm terribly worried with the baggage as it contains very important official documents along with some invaluable personal belongings. I like to bring into attention of both AHU and CCU Etihad personals who are playing blame game among themselves which not going to help me without my baggage is retrieved.


Also note I think I'm eligible for a compensation for the mental harassment I'm going through due to this delay.


Request Etihad authority to step into this and to revert back at the earliest.
