None has been done so far ... Baggage Claim is as if Sleeping
I am amazed how Etihad is operating their Airline with such a pathetic response (virtually no response) to complaints they receive. Apart from an electronic email, I have received no response to the So-called "investigation" they were doing about my baggage compliant.
This situation make me think whether a baggage claim department exist in Etihad Airways or its just an email account that is programmed to fool the annoyed passengers.
I had encounter problems with my baggage in past but I haven't received such a carefree response from any other Airline operator so far.
