Dear JS
As I mentioned before ,I filled out complaint form on Ethihad website with all information requested twice,and I also attached boarding cards scan,but I did not get any "case number".I am astonished by Etihad CRM and starting to believe that not "responding properly" is a usual business at Etihad.For last time ,please check for previously mentioned reservation code under TAHOORI family name.
