Hi,
I had booked a ticket on behalf of my wife and kind with Etihad airlines using their website. Booking reference for that was PYWEKE. I received a call from UAE customer care stating that my wife's surname is too long and because it is a technical issue the booking didn't get through. After which i was given an option to cancel the ticket, which i did. I was told that the refund will happen within 48 hrs.
Now it is 6 days gone by. When i call the customer care, nobody has a proper answer to this, except saying that we have sent a mail to the concerned department and will get back to you. I had even sent a mail to
feedback@etihad.ae (INTR:31017104).
I am very disappointed with the kind of response am getting.
Can somebody look into this and get back to me.
