Did not receive a credit for an over charge
I emailed Wizz Air several times last year , about and over charge on a flight i booked.
I was a Wizz air club member at time, but never received my discount.
Any way after a few emails they agreed to credit my account to use against future flights, so agreed to that.
But when i went to book my flight again there was still no credit on my account , so yet again i emailed them plus filled in there complaint form. but so no reply and still no credit.
"This is totally out of order". I pay to be a wizz club member and not get my discount, so i want this credit on my account ASAP so that i can book my flight.
