Angry Not honoring their offer...

I sent the below email to Etihad Customer Service...several times and they undertake no responsibility to help me. They offered a luggage allowance (Ad) of 46 Kg plus 7 Kg hand luggage... when I made the online purchase of the said ticket. But when I got the ticket printout in hand... it got reduced to 30Kg...

Please refer to PNR Code: MJGXMK all my emails... below. A platform like Etihad has not been able to give me a convincing reply as of today.
Seeing a luggage allowance of 46 + 7 Kg... I paid and took the ticket online. When I received the print the luggage allowance got reduced to 30+7 Kgs. I would request you to either honour your commitment and allow me to carry 46+7Kgs or please refund 100% of my hard earned money.

My travel date is 16th early in the morning and therefore request a quick action from you.
