Refund DELAYED
Hello,
I have been sending mails with incessant calls to get my refund for over a month.
I have sent all the required documents needed from the bank and confirmed to have received them but kept delaying the cash refund unnecessarily.
Having agreed to pay me cash instead of the voucher option earlier proposed to me.
