Flight missed
I was at the indianoplis airport 5th nov,2001 flight # 1759 recently and was waiting for a flight I ask ticket clerk at the gate if had enough time to run to the restroom and was told ihad about 10 minutes so i went for about 6 minutes the flight had take of my wife told the gate agent to wait the operation superviser who was at the gate said he did have to wait and care what the ticket agent had to say and shut the door in her face
To help keep me as a potential future customer, I would like the following:
a letter of apology from operation supervisor
