AF 7395 / Kathia Dillo and Alynna Samali
Original reservation made via DELTA. Flew on Delta and AF TO my destination (Pit to CFE) When it came time to return 2 1/2 months later (CFE to PIT via CDG and BOS) -- AF changed the first leg of my multi leg trip, putting me on a later flight, and NOT adjusting other legs of trip. It was when I arrived at the airport to depart when I found this out because NO ONE notified me of the changes. Not Delta and Not Air France.
I sat in CFE for hours trying to get changes made. They changed my return trip to 3 days later!
Both Delta and Air France refuse to accept responsibility for the DELTA DEBACLE. They keep bouncing me back and forth like a yellow tennis ball.
