I agree with the statements regarding the Travel Agents bookings, However, I think we can all agree that the standard of customer service these days isnt what it used to be (Sadly). As shown here, even if nothing could have been done regarding the flights, a little human compassion goes along way in aleviating the pressures of an already messed up situation. We need more airlines and their subsiduries offering cruises and such like, taking away the need for the humble travel agents
