Air Canada's response to my complaint
No admission for wrong doing, they claim the flight AC033 was cancelled due to weather (no mention that the other airlines flew out of the same airport). No explanation for the second canceling of AC2033 which is not acknowledged in the reply. As in the case of the ground personnel in Vancouver, Air Canada is a master in deceit!
They offered to pay 120.99$ for hotel and meal in Vancouver and as a gesture of goodwill (I don't think they know what it means), they were pleased to enclose travel vouchers for 100$!
