Corbel, your attitude to "a seat is a seat" is ridiculous. If you purchased an economy plus seat and United gave you an economy seat in the back, then they failed to deliver what you paid for. Why on earth would you accept that? You are a sap. If you went to a department store and paid for a Sony Flatscreen and they gave you a crappy Bush standard TV, would you be happy if they shrugged and said "a tv is a tv, it shows the same programmes". It is not at all surprising that you are an airline employee.. some how, airlines have trained their employees to have very low standards and to accept that these are acceptable. Why on earth should it be acceptable for an airline to be exempt from the normal laws of commerce. The airlines charge a specific fee for bags, but refuse to refund it when they fail to deliver the bags, and on and on. It is ridiculous and quite unbelieveable...
