The facts are.
At the time I made the reservations, there were more empty seats than not.
It involves 2 flights, 1 short (boi to slc) and 1 long (slc to phl) There are no available seats left on the long flight, so that blows the ( check in early and change your seats) train of thought.
If they would have changed our seats together, or given a heads up, I may understand, at least a bit. From the action by delta, the only feeling I get from them is F U. We can do whatever we want, and you have no recourse. Hence my decision to say never again on delta.
