there are always arms, legs, knees, feet etc. in the aisle. when i come by with a cart, i will move their legs etc. tap them gently and say excuse me or push their knee lightly. she (more than likely) moved his hand so that she wouldn't hit it, or trip. this sounds innocent to me and your blowing it out of proportion.
