The above quote is the only problem I have with your complaint, that the man assigned that seat should be made to move because you have an infant. My boyfriend is 6'3 with a bum knee and we try to get the bulk head so he can stretch his leg out especially if the knee starts acting up. I don't feel someone should have to move just because you have an infant. Maybe the guy also had a leg problem? Did you ever think of that?
Otherwise the rest of your complaint is valid, next time you have a problem like that, you should ask to speak to the lead/purser flight attendant. It would be their job to correct the flight attendant that had wronged you and not yours to "sit him down".
Hopefully your next flight will go better I love Lufthansa, we take them when ever we can luckily they have non-stop to Frankfurt out of Dallas.
