The only reason there are physical descriptions of the employees is because I needed to describe the flight attendants because I did not have their names.

Moreover, the senior flight attendant was being abusive toward my wife and speaking to her as though she were illiterate (my wife is Malaysian and has a PhD.).

My daughter did have an infant ticket, but there was no offer of any sort of food for a 21 month-old toddler for a nine hour flight, which is incomprehensible.

The same flight attendant pushed her cart past me a total of four times without offering food or drinks. The one time I was served I walked approximately 10 rows to bring to her attention that I was overlooked. The other three times she never returned to ask.

By the way, you are correct, you were not there so you have no way of deciding whether or not the flight attendants were discriminating and unprofessional.
Just as I suspected. The mere fact that she has an infant ticket does not guarantee her an infant meal. YOU need to call the airline and request it. I'm sure there was something in the adult meal she could have eaten. She's nearly 2 years old. If she's that picky about what she eats then you should have purchased food for her before you boarded. It's completely YOUR fault.

Additionally I am not a former airline employee.
