Last 23-05-2014 I come from Luanda to Lisbon in the company Royal Air Maroc.
Durind the check in and/or the flight my luggage was open and several items were stolen. When I arrived in Lisbon in needed my portuguese cell phone and tried to find it in the luggage. It was not there. In the Lisbon airport I made the complaint in the services of the airport. After that I made the compalint to the company Royal Air Maroc. Today I received the letter answering that according with his internal rules, they are not responsabile for what happened. The letter came from service bagages of Praha, Czech Republic.
