Default Lost Luggage

I have made numerous complaints via email and post and received nothing back. No acknowledgement or correspondence at all. Lost both of our cases, one was returned 5days late and the other of until we returned home. Absolutely disgusted in the lack of communication of British Airways. This ruined what was meant to be a very relaxing cruise, that we spent a lot of money on. Budget Airline service with Premium prices!
