BOOKED FLIGHTS WITH EXPEDIA TO NEW YORK 16TH APRIL.. FLIGHT TIMES CHANGED AND THEN FLIGHTS CANCELLED. NYFLIGHT UA 17
Closed to non residents and UK foreign office said no travel to US Quarantine For 14 days.
United claimed we were booked on an earlier flight. Had no knowledge of this . No tickets no seats Nothing.
Ticket booked in January so No mention of 6 hour rule. That came in 5 weeks ago !!
United claim it is Exoedia at fault however Expedia are agents of United and the information they give their responsibility
They are refusing to refund my tickets and all their arguments are invalid and unlawfull. DOT INFORMED.
A non refundable is no such thing. I did Not cancel anything!
They are stealing my money ,
At 5he very least taxes and fees should be refunded.
