On Jun 29th I purchased airline ticket from AMMAN, JORDAN to MINSK BELARUS to be with my son on his graduation
So I purchased my ticket with Turkish airline ticket numberI will attach copy of my reservation ticket.
My visa to Belarus on 7th of July 2017, I will attach copy which I showed the Turkish airline at check in, in Amman Jordan
Now the problem start in Amman they checked me in and, when I arrived to Istanbul turkey they refuse to let me in on the flight number TK 283, and they did not book another flight because of my visa 18hours early which I did not know and they did not tell me anything in Amman and they know I am going to Minsk and I will arrive 8 hours early, so I have to purchase new ticket from Istanbul to Minsk on Ukraine airlines I will attach copy it cost me 218USD and now they canceled my return ticket form Minsk to Amman, they want to charge me according to PELIN Customer relation lots of money , why should I pay for Turkish airline mistake and I have stayed at Istanbul over 20hours waiting for flight they offer me no hotel or meal completely ignored .
Now I am filing this complaint requesting to reinstated or re book my return ticket 100% free of charge and reimbursement for my ticket form Istanbul to Minsk for 218USD
I wish to solve my problem ASAP before I return July the 20th when my return is due or 5 days before the 20th so I know what to do.
