Despite making and linking reservations months in advance for an anniversary trip,
seats were changed, separated, and downgraded without notice when we arrived at TPA. No one at two sky lounges, help desks, gates, or phone contacts including diamond customer service would correct the situation. In fact, the agent at the JFK sky lounge stated that, "in truth, reservations really don't matter."
