I had the misfortune to fly with Malaysia to Hanoi in September 2016. The cabin staff were rude and ill mannered but that was the least of my problems. My luggage never arrived at Hanoi, it may have been lost at Heathrow , Kuala Lumpur or Hanoi. I reported it immediately, however the airline has ignored my messages and my claim.
