After heavy delay on my NYC flight beginning of January 2016 I filed a complaint in order to get a refund. Refund was given by discount voucher on next Airberlin flight. I responded saying that I do not wish to have a discount voucher, but I
Wish to have my refund in euros. No response. Filed another complaint, no responses. Emailed. No response. Called customer service. The call agent advised not to call or email them again, but to wait for an official response. No response received from Airberlin for over five months now. They simply do not respond!
