My flight was delayed by 4 hours which made me miss my transit flight.
Had to wait for a new flight for a long time and stay in Morocco over night.
Then my luggage was delayed by 3 days.
I've been emailing them since august 2017 and still no outcome more than 1 year later. I had to buy things to wear and a few other items and have not had any response from them. I messaged them on facebook they said they let the dept know and they will respond in 1 week 2 months later still nothing. Terrible experience.
