I am writing to address an unfortunate incident that occurred because of the food
served on flight UA48 on 31st March 2017 from Newark International Airport
to Mumbai. I had requested an Asian Vegetarian Meal, which I was
served on the flight. On reaching Mumbai I developed severe stomach pain, after
visiting the doctor next day I was informed of food poisoning due to the meal served to me on your flight, but the severity of the food poisoning caused me terrible suffering, cancellation of all client meetings for the next few days and a high medical
bill.
