Yep, Air France sells flights online which make it impossible to catch the connecting flight. Yet, after contacting customer services... (a A. O'Malley), they deny such actions and say that they meet the 45 minute connection regulation times. What a joke. I had 15 minutes to get off the flight, go through passport control, then security, go to a different terminal and to board the connecting flight at CDG airport in Paris. It's a physical impossibility. But they blame the airport... knowing fine well that this happens all the time.
A O'Malley closed out my case when I asked for the Director in charge of Customer Services at Air France. Very, very poor customer service. I will never fly with this airline again. |
