Hi,
I want to bring to your notice that I was issued a refund by Etihad Airways on 27th Of Feb 2015. More than 30 days have passed by but I have not received the money back. Whenever I contact customer care I get a new timeline but no status on my refund. Only thing that they gave me was a refund Voucher number and an assurance that I will get my money back. I am very upset the way this issue is being handled. Thnaks & Regards Anup |
