im not really understanding how your describing her pouring the pop into the cup. i have this vision of her holding 2 plastic cups and pouring the liquid right down the middle between where the 2 cups meet..is this correct? or is she holding 2 cups but pouring the liquid into 1 cup? when i flew for a connection carrier we were taught to hand the cup and can...delta connection (even though with the delta name) does things differently than the main line carrier. i worked for american connection and we had to give the can and cup of ice...american only the cup with the soda in it. it sounds to me this flight attendant is trying to be a clown and needs to be retrained how delta does their inflight training
