Well I think delta did the right thing by not allowing your daughter to fly in the storm which has proven to be bad and all the airports in my area (ewr JFK and laguardia) are closed and most flights were canceled yesterday
I suggest keep calling as thousands will be doing the same thing and I'm sure they are at max capacity with workers, this weather is creating a complete stop to travel on the eastern seaboard I don't know if you will get a refund unless for one of the flights as they would use the canceled flight ticket on a scheduled flight another day that they can fit the individual on This weather is putting alot of stress on transport, and I'm hoping that I can get out on Thursday from ewr to Singapore |
