A horrible tale regarding treatment of passengers no doubt.

But somehow i do not understand following:

1. The captain asked if you videotaped the event(off course he did not mean when you were listening to your Ipod afterwards) and you said no, and still claims you were not lying, why?

2. How much did you claim in requests? - you do not mention this.
