Hello Jim and everyone else.
I was in the UK this year and understand from speaking to friends that there have been updates and that the EU now enforces airlines with long delays to compensate. Is this correct, and if so, am I still in the position to re-open my case, after 2 dormant years. I have NOT forgotten my 14 hour delay! Thanks in advance, from Jenny W |
