Looking for someone with photos of the masses of people awaiting to check in at the United counters at terminal #4. So many people were "bumped" from that flight on 22 Fab. 2010 and United Airlines customer service was so lacking. Never given the pamphlet concerning denied boarding nor was I paid "that day" and United violated their own customer service tenants several times. The compensation offered by UA is pretty much a joke, money wise. Wanting to have others on that flight share their own customer service stories, on this site. Mine runs into 4 pages, and I am leaving out much of the post customer service problems that I encountered. I can not believe that UA could have "fallen down" so low in the customer service department that day.
