I flied yesterday from Atlanta to Munich. I checked 3 baggages which I paid USD 55 for the third ones. They paged my name in Munich airport but then I couldnt find anyone there. I went to information counter and no one there as well. So I left and I called once I arrived at the city which is one hour away from Munich. I called to airport and they said will call me back in 10 minutes but nobody call me back. I called again the next day and they just told me that they left it in USA and should arrive today (March 15). I asked them nicely to deliver it to me and they said Delta didnt approve it and it has to be with my own expense since I didnt filled out the complaint form. I really cant believe it. I travel a lot with asian airlines such as Cathay Pacific and Singapore Airlines and they deliver my baggage for free when its left behind.

I mean its their fault not put my stuff on the same flight and they were asking me to back to Munich just to pick it up coz of their fault?? Unbelievable. No wonder none of airlines from USA ever be the BEST Airlines in the world since everything about them is SUCK. The service is suck, the people is suck, everything is SUCK SUCK SUCK.

They have to learn from airlines in Asia who is very flexible and friendly and give the BEST service to their passengers. No Surprise that USA is not a number one country in the world anymore.

I agree that US carriers are not the best.

I will also add that since you have such a low opinion of the US that you should refrain from returning to my country in the future. You will not be missed.

I think your country needs to stop doing business with asian too as everything is made in china nowadays there. I feel sorry that US is going down and China is number one now, too bad! Its up to me where I wanna go, since its my money, Idiot!

China is #1? Based upon a fictitious economic model I am sure that you are correct. If the (US) ITC shifted the silly trade policy this model would change radically.

I agree that the US should stop doing business with China.

If you hate the US so much – stay away and refrain from doing business here. What was the purpose of coming on this forum? Oh yeah – where is this server based?

Grow up! You proud coz the server based in USA? poor you... So all USA can do just have server. Its up to me where i want to post my complaint. Even AA executives fly with Cathay Pacific than AA. I posted about my complaint about airlines and an IDIOT coming out of nowhere talking about other stuffs.

I agreed with your complaint and admit that US carriers are below standard with focus on profit over consumer.
