Coming home after the holidays on Jan5, flight was delayed several times then eventually cancelled! We were rebooked for next day and mind you it is Sunday and I have work tomorrow and my 10 & 13 yr olds had school. We could not rebook to our original destination Dallas but we were given San Antonio! I figured that is fine! It gets us out of Detriot where they were getting bad snow storm followed by extreme COLD! We come back next day and again after several delays our flight was canceled due to no ground crew to load baggage! We managed to rebook a late flight late same day to St Paul to catch a 10:25 am American flight to Dallas! I figured sure why not that gets me HOME after missing 2 days work and kids school. The late flight eD delayed and that was cancelled! They rebooked us ONCE AGAIN on 7am flight to St Paul that gets us there plenty time to catch American to Dallas! Once again, slept at airport!!! We did get on 7am flight then American and made home! Our bag was flown to San Antonio and as of today 2weeks later we still do not have our bags
AGAIN!
