change the name on ticket
Hi,
I recently bought a ticket from an agent. They put my name wrong in the ticket. I have contacted them but they said there was nothing could be done. i tried 'manage my booking' but they wouldn't recognise the booking reference on the ticket. Can the representative help me please? Thank you very much |

btw the mistake is that my surname is not included in the ticket so it's just the first name. But obviously it's not what is stated in the passport. I am really concerned that this gonna be an issue while checking in.
