I travelled on BA in June 2014. I paid ~US$2400 for the flight. Horrible experience. I have to sleep on the floor in airport, because they did not make any hotel arrangements as the flight is delayed by 7 hours. My bags came after 3 days of my arrival torn into pieces. Lost items from bags.
BA customer service is horrible. I am writing to them since June 2014. No proper response. In June 2015 I filed a case in small claims court. BA customer service is so arrogant that they did not respond properly to the court also. Hearing is scheduled this month. I have to see what the Judgment would be. |
