SAUDIA yet to reply to my baggage delay claim after 30 days
Hi Team,
I've travelled to Milan by boarding the flights SV 897 on 14th Apr from Bengaluru to Riyadh (RUH) and SV 211 (15th Apr) from RUH to MXP (Malpensa Airport). After landing at MXP on 15th Apr I found that my baggage was missing and reported this to Airport Handling team (lost & found) at MXP and the inquiry number was 12076 and world tracer file reference code MXPSV11348.

The baggage was delivered to after two days in Barcelona and I had to buy clothes (spent more than 100 EUROS) in order to survive in the cold weather. After this, a claim form was filled for baggage delay on SAUDIA website with the claim number as MIL12076 however no response received.
Failing to get a response, it was flagged on Twitter but the response was to fill the form again. I did it again and failed to get any acknowledgement again. Again the same response on Twitter. Is there anyone sensible in the autocratic state who can address customer grievances.
I've decided not fly this airline again even for Umrah or Haj pilgrimage.
Tried reaching the CEO Jaan Albrecht but couldn't see him anywhere on social media.
