Poor service
BA73 LHR to AUH 21st January 2017. Crew seemed very dis-jointed. Seat was in First cabin, service was not what usually expect......became apparent crew in experienced due to strike. Plane felt under staffed maybe to make sure it left. Young child (approx 2 years old) was running around aisles, standing on seat looking over into my area, crew didn't make the usual regular checks they normally do, mentioned to crew and nothing changed. Blame parents not crew, although crew should have put sorted problem. Cabin only has 8 seats on 787 so shouldn't be difficult to service at correct level. Very long to clear away, excuse for bad service was told down to having a young child in the cabin!!. Whole experience was not what I expect when travelling in First and particularly from British Airways. Tweeted about the issue, no sensible reply so far.
