My daughter flew from Luton UK to Geneva on 31st Dec via Easyjet. Whereas she arrived safely her baggage did not. She is travelling through Europe with her b/f and started a temp job on Jan 1st. She ( and we ) have tried many many times to contact EJ but nothing. No reply, response or communication regarding how her bag can be traced. Everything she owns is in that backpack and 12 days on still nothing.
How can we get through to somebody that actually will try and do a trace or talk to us or anything?? Easyjet CS gave us numbers for the Luton Baggage Claim but guess what? Wrong number! I'm in NZ, my girl is in Switzerland and we seem powerless. Does anybody have any suggestions as to what we can do?? |

Try contacting the Air Transport Users' Council at his link
http://www.auc.org.uk/ Hopefully they will contact Easyjet on your daughter's behalf and try to get it sorted. She is entitled to reasonable expenses as a result of the delay, and she should keep receipts of anything she has had to buy, such as toiletries, clothing, etc. Good luck. |
