Hot water burn
My wife Ms Y.J. travelling from New York-Amsterdam-Kuwait. KLM flight KL 417 from Amsterdam to Kuwait on 25 Sept 2016. Seat 11G. Booking code: GNDOWE. Very hot water got spilled by cabin crew mistake which caused burn on abdomen as shown in photo. After that the crew members started putting ice on burnt area which was another mistake as the skin had come off. Airline was not having proper treatment except Paracetamol. Now in Kuwait, my wife id undergoing treatment. suffering by burning, pain and not able to do work. The burn area is about 4 inch diameter and it will leave permanent scar or mark
No Response from KLM of email complaint for a week. reply on twitter saying "Thank you-Airline will be more careful !" KLM must compensate. |
