Due to the misinformation by KLM staff, I was wrongfully denied boarding on my connecting flight from Amsterdam to Montreal, which resulted in me missing my mother-in-law’s funeral.

The disrespect, lack of accountability, and outright mistreatment I endured at the hands of KLM staff were unacceptable. The racial undertones in the way I was treated made the situation even more distressing.

My experience was not only an example of gross incompetence but also felt deeply dehumanizing

I have yet to receive formal apology from letter of complaint.
