Terrible experience with Lufthansa
I had a terrible experience with Lufthansa on flight LH510 from Bilbao via Frankfurt to Buenos Aires (Ezeiza) on June 28, 2025. Upon arrival, our checked baggage was lost, and we filed a claim immediately (Lost Baggage Claim Number: EZELH51853).
What followed has been even worse: no updates, no resolution, and no accountability. It’s been [insert number of days] days and we’re still waiting without any real information.
We are extremely frustrated by Lufthansa’s incompetence in locating our luggage. It is incomprehensible that a global airline of this size and reputation does not have effective tracking and monitoring systems in place to prevent such incidents.
The lack of transparency, coordination, and basic customer care is absolutely unacceptable. We have received contradictory or no information at all, and have been mistreated or ignored by support staff both online and at the airport.
Lufthansa claims to offer premium service, but this experience shows the opposite. We demand an urgent and concrete response, proper compensation, and for our baggage to be located without further delay.
To other travelers: think twice before flying Lufthansa. If something goes wrong, you might be completely on your own.
