change charges-KLM #669
I wanted to warn anyone thinking about using KLM Airlines that their change charges are outrageous! I was in a remote part of Kenya and couldn't get to the airport, I ended up paying over 1,000.00 to change plus an enormous ATT bill because they kept putting me on hold.
