This afternoon I had the unpleasant luck to deal with a very rude employee while checking in our bikes. She wanted us to remove 9 pounds from our bike box to make the weight then when I asked to have my luggage brought back for the extra stuff she said no. I was placing items on the scale to try and make 9 pounds and was close at 8.4. I asked her if we were going to fight over .5 of a pound and she said "what is your problem" I travel all the time. This employee was rude and escalated the situation. Short, Asian woman ... Sorry I did not get her name. I challenged her on her lack of customer service.. What a way to start our trip. She threatened to call security and I told her to go ahead. bTA I did not swear at all or yell I just said she had horrible customer service. Thanks for nothing AirCanada... I should no better and stick with Westjet. Their people seem happy to go to work and accommodate their customers. FYI we were 2.5 hours early for our flight and there was no line up.
