Luftansa customer service is the worse customer service in the world. Employees are very ignorant and they do not care about your situation and really don't want os hear anything from you and your experience. They have lost our baggage and They do not care if you are only in Germany for 2 weeks vacation and just keep asking you to seat and wait for news. No Guarantee how long is going to take or they have not much information.

The airline is completely rubbish. Do not use this airline. I personally will not use them ever again.

I will file a complaint about luftansa as soon as I am back to Canada.


I suggest everyone in the same position as me (which I would guess there are many more) to do the same.
